Exchange and return policy

The consumer has the right to exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in good condition and has not been used or benefited from. The consumer bears the shipping costs in the event of exchanging the product within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but in the event of an international exchange, the consumer bears the full shipping costs.

The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:

• If the product does not contain a defect or a larger quantity than needed was purchased, the store is not responsible for this error.
• If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.

Returns

The consumer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in good condition and has not been used or obtained any benefit from it. The consumer bears the shipping costs in the event of a return within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but in the event of an international return, the consumer bears the full shipping costs
